Roles & Responsibilities:
1) The Sales Executive is a fully competent individual who has experience in the sales process and function of a hotel / airline.
2) Responsibilities include tie-up with corporates for selling rooms, Conference rooms, Service apartments, Flights, buses, Cars and other servicse to customer and generates business.
3) Develop new sales opportunities and maintain quality relationships with establiseh customers.
4) Conduct cold calling and face to face meetings with potential customers.
5) Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of our services, competitive edge and industry trends.
6) Meet regularly with customers in sales territory to understand their evolving needs.
7) Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets the specific needs within that area.
8) Identify and execute local marketing activites to enhance local presence and grow sales.
9) Monitor real-time opportunities and threats in growth and expansion.
10) Communicate concise and accurate information to customers and management staff.
11) Serve as an advocate by solving problems on the customers' behalf and engage the appropriate staff.
12) Possess a professional appearance and conduct always.
13) Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Desired Candidates Profile:
1) A minimum of 1-3 years of hotel/ airline sales or comparable experience preferred
2) Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
3) Prefer selling, negotiating, business writing and presentation skills training
4) An assertive personality, high energy level, and resilient character.
5) Familiarity with customer base and other specifics of the field, a plus.
6) Excellent verbal communication skills.
7) Advanced problem-solving skills and proven time management are a must.
8) Ability to work independently while demonstrating teamwork.
9) A customer service orientated attitude and exhibit high integrity in all business dealings.
10) Strong organizational skills.
11) A valid driver's license
