Responsibilities
Maintenance of PLC numerical controlled Textile machineries (Link Coner by Savio Polar I DLS, Ring Frame(LR9AXL-1632 spindles,auto doffing), Speed Frame(LF4200), RSB (851), Comber(LK64Z), LH15, LD2, Carding(LC333),FlexiClean,Unimix,Varioclean and Baleplucker by LMW) Vetal Scaner 48 series. Perform preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment and systems. Identify and resolve plant malfunctions, working with manufacturers as necessary to procure replacement parts. Adjust and replace defective or improperly functioning circuitry & devices and electronics components, using hand tools and soldering iron. Knowledge of PLCs and about AC Drives.
