1. Conduct Quality audits / Inspection Tests & Analysis of Quality of Milk & Milk Products.
2. Implementation of SOPs & Adherence to ISO FSM Norms and documentation.
3. Maintain guidelines for Plant Hygiene, Cleanliness & Sanitation Practices. 
4. Strive towards Continual improvement (or) refinement for Quality Standards / Practices.
5. Identify the competency levels of Quality Staff & Extend Training Program as per the schedule. 
6. Monitor, maintain & update accurate data on time without any deviations.
1. Conduct Quality Audits / Inspection Tests & Analysis the Quality of Milk & Milk Products:-
a) Responsible to ensure the timely conducting Quality Audits / inspection tests, Grade the raw milk Standards by ensuring Quality, Temperature & other Parameters.
b) Responsible to ensure analysis of Milk for Fat, SNF, Alcohol, MBRT, Heat stability, adulterants, CIP, SOLN, Sanitizers & other Parameters as per the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).
c) Responsible for maintaining & troubleshooting of the Calibrated Quality Testing Instruments like Thermometers, Zippets etc., as per the standards.
d) Responsible to ensure for checking the Quality in line with standard parameters & authorized to release, accept or reject the Milk & Milk Products.
e) Responsible to ensure timely completion of third party analysis of Milk & Milk Products as per the ISO Norms within the schedule.

2. Implementation of SOPs & Adherence to ISO Standards: -
a) Responsible for implementation of Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) as prescribed under ISO, FSMS Standards across the region. 
b) Responsible to ensure to maintain all records, flow charts, registers logbooks and other documents as per the ISO, FSMS Procedure Manual.
c) Responsible for regular updation of documents and amended SOPs as per the business requirement in consultation with ISO Coordinator.
d) Responsible to conduct Quality Internal Audits from time to time and submit the deviations to the respective reporting authority.
3. Maintain guidelines for Plant Hygiene, Cleanliness & Sanitation Practices: -
a) Responsible to maintain cleanliness & sanitations in all areas of operations like processing area, packing area, storage area, crate washing areas, dispatch areas & other areas of the plant.
b) Responsible to follow and ensure the safety guidelines and communicate to the Co-employees for better understanding.
4. Strive towards Continual improvement (or) refinement for Quality Standards / Practices:-
a) Responsible to focus on customer complaints by addressing the issues on time.
b) Responsible to follow the Quality Standards & Guidelines in line with the businesses requirement and strive to improve or refine the Quality Standards as per the customer satisfaction.
5. Identify the competency levels of Quality Staff & Extend Training Program as per the schedule:-
a) Responsible to identify & Analysis the competency levels of all Quality team in coordination with Head-QA&PD.
b) Responsible for effective implementation of Training & development Programs as per the schedule.
6. Monitor, maintain & update accurate data on time without any deviations:-
a) Responsible to maintain and cross check the analysis reports for accuracy without any deviations.
b) Responsible for regular updation of the accurate data in available ERP Quality Module and generate reports on time as per the requirement of Management.
