JOB DESCRIPTION

This for the position of "Associate
Sales Trainee(Fresher)" & "Associate Sales Manager(Experience)".
Position would be to sell accounts & other cross sell of banking
products.. Its hard core field sales profile..

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To promote sales of saving accounts, current accounts
  

• Having responsibility to sell accounts & other cross sell of banking products.

• Quality acquisition of Current
Account & Saving Account for Resident / Non-resident Indian by going
out into the market & catchment area.

• Ensure quality customer service is delivered.

Knowledge, Skills and Attitude :

Candidates from CASA experience would be preferred or with direct sales experience.

Should have high level of energy and a flare for marketing.

Should be an out going person, he should not hesitate to go out in the market.

Should be fluent in Vernacular Language. Should be able comprehend English well.

Should be presentable as they form the image of the brand.

Should have basic arithmetic skills

Salary Offered: fresher- 10,000 per month

experienced - 19,000 per month

Location: Raipur

Qualifications: Any Graduate / PG/ MBA

Experience: 0-5 Years (Any direct Sales candidates are eligible)

Joining: Immediate

Age limit: Maximum 30 Years
