Assistant Project Manager

Job Specifications:

Need to have minimum of 5 Years relevant experience as Sr. Engineer Project/ Assist Manager Project for residential and commercial projects  

Must be B.E/B.Etech- Civil

Should have good communication skills in English

Job Description:

Co-ordination with design team, consultants, contractors for approval of drawing for speedy execution of the project.

Ensure Entire project from tendering to handover within agreed time , cost and Quality and Ensure Safety and Quality standards are met, generate project status report and advise higher management.

Controlling the project cost with in the budget and monitoring of Cash Flow – Cost Control.

Supervising project activities and handling the complete project management cycle entailing requirement gathering and final execution of projects

Monitoring adherence to quality systems & comply with ISO standards & maintaining the requisite documents.
