Job Description
• Strong Leadership to have inclusive approach to bring Good Team work and Positive moral shop floor atmosphere with ability to operate on Optimal Manpower requirements.
• Detailed Technical Knowledge on All types of Coating Processes on Sheet Metal Components to get High Quality Low Rejection rate production.
• Good Experience on PPC (Production Planning and Control) of Powder Coating Plan.
•Implementation Knowledge on Industry safety requirements of the Powder coating plants.
•Ability to control and monitor all Powder Coating Process Parameters.
• Ability to handle Cost down projects and other operational efficiency improvement Projects.
• Manage Operating cost of Powder coating plants.
•Manage Jigs Stripping with external Source.
• Manage Consumables Purchase for Powder coating
• Control and Manage SAP Job Orders
WeeklyMonthly Task.
Defining Process plans, routings & work instructions.
• Analysis of Daily Production reports to arrive at OEE.
• Jigs & fixtures designing & manufacturing
• New Products costing & capacity planning
• New Development co-ordination
• Driving 5s & Kaizen activity in the company.
• Time & motion Study. Factory & office ergonomics study
