Assistant Manager-finance & Accounts (corporate Finance)

• Responsible for smooth operations of accounts payable, ensuring existing policies and procedures are followed.
• Leading general accounting as per IGAAP, month end close & reconciliations of India entities.
• Coordinating with Facility, Technology, HR and other departments to ensure correctness of inputs and to ensure general compliances.
• Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packs.
• Ensure preparation and updating of fixed assets register and capex spend management.
• Timely and smooth completion of internal, statutory, SOX and Tax audits.
• Handling ad-hoc queries from Management, Stakeholders, vendors etc.
• Implementing robust systems to facilitate real time information (MIS) for decision making.

• Commerce graduate with chartered accountant (Inter)
• Strong IGAAP & working knowledge of Income tax, Service tax .
• Strong communication skills and should be flexible with shifts.
• Result oriented
• Experience using SAP/Oracle Financial Applications (Preferred)
