Android Developer

Key Role and Responsibilities:

l Responsible for Android development, testing and bug fixing

l Work closely with team members to develop and test application systems according to system design documentations

l Work with UI/UX designer in fulfilling business requirements

l Complete the tasks assigned by the leaders

l Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

l Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

l Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

l Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces

l Ability to construct user guides and documentation

l Payments & external deviceintegration skills

l Experience with Bluetooth product integrations would be preferred.

l Proven working experience in Android development on Eclipse, ADT

l Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON

l Exceptional OO design and development skills

l Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

Qualifications and Requirements:

l Higher Diploma / Degree in IT or equivalent

l At least 4-6year solid experience on Android application development

l Proficient in Java and Android SDK

l Experience in handling JSON and REST API based integration

l Experience in payment industry will be a plus

l Good team player and able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility

l Good analytical and troubleshooting skills

l Passionate and enthusiastic in innovating new technologies
