 Counseling Students and parents about our courses and programs.
 Handling entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support, Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output.
 Interaction with students and parents on routine basis for doubt clearing, general counseling and progress feedback
 Visiting potential customer & Schools for new business
 Responsible for Admission target for the respected centre. Manage direct parent enquiry handling and also manage telephonic enquiries.
 Visiting schools or student premises by taking prior appointment and present details to parents.
 Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes.
 Conducting tests , assignments etc, updating records in software
 Study material distribution and allocation
 Fee collection and petty cash management as and when requireed
 Liaison with Head Office for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes
 Handling the centre administration and upkeeping of the centres infrastructure
 Cold-calling from a given data base for lead generation
