It is an international Inbound Voice process. Candidates would have to deal with international clients.

Experienced candidates would be given assured hike on their last drawn salary.

Excellent English communication skills

Basic knowledge of computers

Candidates should be experienced in International tech sale process.

Should have knowledge Mac, Windows , printer , router, Xbox , popup calls etc.

Should have knowledge about call closing .

Candidates should be graduate / undergraduate.
