Job Description:
Handling Day to day Transaction (Petty cash), Reconcile (Bank Statements, TDS, Branches, & Service Tax), online payment/ receipt Transaction, Handling MIS Report, Payroll, Salary, monthly Finance reports.
Auditing & finalization with CA.
Maintaining Email database, Contact sheets and Account files.
Preparing extensive/detailed proposal (invoice) for internal and external clients approval with all the constraints, agreements as a part of contract, Instrumental in raising billing form and charge-code before initiating project with the help of invoicing team
Process, review and control supply orders, Receive and record all bills payable. Review and verify expenses reports.
Calculate and determine payment schedules, Verify and post accounts payable data into ledgers. Make check payments to appropriate vendors and agencies.
Evaluate and reconcile all vendor statements and manage all inquiries.
Manage and prepare all invoices on an everyday basis and send it for approvals.
