Account Manager/Client servicing

Designation: Account Manager/Client servicing (Mumbai)
Work Experience: Minimum - 1 year; Maximum – 3 years in client servicing and Digital Marketing
Domain: Preferably from Internet Content background, someone with ardent interest in media / content and experience in managing clients
Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent Written & Spoken English; Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders; multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Perform under deadlines in a process-oriented environment
• A thorough team player
• A Graduate in any discipline
Good to have:
• Content Management
• Diploma in Journalism
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for content creation across multiple disciplines. The tasks include:
• Managing the client and client requirements
• Coordinating with the client on a daily basis
• Repurposing content from multiple sources (if required)
• Packaging content from multiple sources like wire agency, internal sources etc. and creating compelling content for users
• Doing multiple updates on a specific channel and ensuring content currency at all times
• Creating image galleries with supporting textual content
Value Additions:
• Ability to value add to the overall user experience of the web portal
• Active interest in web analytics to ensure better traction with users of content
• Knowledge of SEO will be an added advantage in the project
