- Prepare the financial statement - Income statement & Financial position
- Process Tax documents for payments & remitting the tax liabilities
- Maintain and update relavant Tax schedules, advise against potential Tax liabilities and handle all tax related issues.
- Prepare Management Account for management decision making
- Prepare and analyse budget
- Reconcile Account payables & Receivables
- Prepare, analyse and examine accounting records, financial statements and other reports, in order to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standard
- Carry out analysis of business performance including bench -marking and making recommendations for improvement
- Prepare, develop and analyse key financial information to ensure that the management makes well-informed decisions for future stability, growth and profitability
- Provide budget versus actual expenditure reports for review on a monthly basis and highlight any adverse variances
- Ensure compliance with Tax payment, reporting and other tax requirements promptly.
- Supervise the accounting procedures and general duties of the department
- Familiar with local tax policies and related laws and regulations of Nigeria.
- ICAN or any other related certification.
- Have a good professional ethics and dare to adhere to principles
- Strong sense of responsibility and strong organisation.
- Can work under pressure
- Proficient in Kingdee software, Excel, Word, PDF and able to use relevant software for simple Chinese communication.
