I have a record of consistent progress from Senior design engineer at M/S Escorts to VP Manufacturing at M/S Global Autotech Limited.

My major achievements are:
• Setting up INR 3300 million project for manufacturing of Railway Freight wagons in collaboration with American Railcar Industries and Amtek Auto Limited.

• Setting up the green field project at M/S Endurance Transmission Limited of INR 400 million consisting of Aluminum die casting machines ,Tool Room, CNC Machine shop and paint shop within 8 months. I then took over the complete plant operations as SBU Head catering to reputed OEMs like HMSI, Mico Bosch and Suzuki Motorcycles.

• Complete Plant Operation at M/S Subros for manufacturing Aluminum compressor castings using squeeze and vacuum technology in fully automatic pressure die-casting machine of M/S UBE, Japan.
