PH started by selling Encyclopedia’s through direct sales and had Exclusivity for World Book & Britannica Encyclopedia . PH Quickly grew to become the third largest distributor in the world for World Book International despite a very limited sales force.

Over the last 10 years Pioneer House has been diversifying into other areas including different direct sales opportunities.
