Ruby on Rail Developer

Requirements (Musts): 1. Candidates should be B.E., B.Tech., M.C.A, M.Tech. in Computer Science/ Information Science/ Information Technology from a reputed university and should have 3+ years of experience 2. Excellent Knowledge of Ruby on Rails under Linux/ Unix/ Mac Operating systems 3. Test Driven Development using RSpec. 4. Experience with Ruby on Rails projects that are hosted via Amazon services like EC2, RDS. 5. Excellent problem solving and communication skills Additional Skills (Desirable): 1. Agile approach to problem solving. 2. Efficiently diffuses problems as they arise. 3. Takes responsibility to ensure successful results meet or exceed expectations. 4. Demonstrates a strong work ethic and committed to seeing tasks through to completion. 5. Ability to hit the ground running. Should be able to understand an already existing Ruby On Rails codebase and implement features/suggest architectural changes if required.
