Job Description:
Installing, Configuring & Maintaining Windows XP/7, upgraded and maintenance of hardware components as per requirement.
• Attend client call of different projects to test application and connectivity issues.
Ability to install various accessories such as office tools, antivirus and other updates etc.
• Installing and Configuring Network Printers and providing access to clients.
• Windows administration and troubleshooting basic network issues.
• Implementing Group Policy, Software deployment, Software restriction.
• Windows User accounts and group management.
• Troubleshooting user profile and Windows Login issues with the Domain.
• Configuring & Troubleshooting of MS Outlook.
