1. We do pickups from door to door.
2. shifts - 8 to 5 and 12 to 9. Should be flexible to work in both shifts.
3. Good Android phone user
4. Good interaction skills with the customers
5. Vehicle and driving licence mandatory
6. 9000 in hand
7. Incentives structure will be defined later but minimum you can consider of 1k
8. Incentives will increase depending on their performance
9. extra incentives for overtime
10. Rs. 2.5/km fuel reimbursement
11. One weekly off(Not necessarily Sunday)
12. Notify change of shifts after regular interval, other wise people refuse to change shifts eventually
13. Fuel would be paid on weekly basis
14. FE's should remain employed for a minimum of 15 days with pickups to avail any salary.
15. Should be able to understand and speak in Hindi/English and Gujarati.
