What do you call a health club that believes it takes a grand foyer to do nothing but welcome you? A luxury health club? You’re absolutely right. Or you could call it Burn.

Started as Burn- Gym & Spa in 2009, our aim was to build a real gym: a place for people who were serious about working out, with plenty of light, the right fitness equipment and a focus on results. The spirit of ’Burn’ summed up our attitude. We wanted to welcome people to the best we had to offer: dynamic, smart-looking, bright and fun, with the latest and best kit, and a real sense of community.

Fast forward to today and that spirit remains the same, Burn offers you something you probably haven’t had the opportunity to experience before. A delightfully refined way to stay healthy and fit.

The first thing that’s likely to excite you about Burn is the abundance of elbow room (our changing rooms, for instance). Second, is the way every conceivable luxury and comfort has been provided to encourage you to spend time here. Be it the temperature-controlled ambience, designer lighting, the fluffy, 100% sanitized towels in the shower, or the carefully chosen music for the different energy spaces.

While there’s little doubt we intend to pamper you, there lies a host of facilities and equipment for the serious health enthusiast. A world-class gymnasium, cardiovascular studio, yoga, spinning, kickboxing, pilates, aerobics, kick boxing and much more. There’s more: Steam, Spa, Sauna/Jacuzzi. Also our Personal Trainers will help you set goals and show you how to achieve them based on your current level of fitness. Our Nutritionist will address your nutritional needs and shed light on how diet impacts your fitness and how eating properly can help you to maximize your potential.

Opportunities to engage socially also abound: this include a well-stocked health café. All of which means, you now have a lot more incentive to pursue a happier, fitter, healthier life.
