How it works
- We work with both the client and the interim executive for the duration of the assignment.
- At the start we ensure there is a really clear brief from the client with specific
deliverable outcomes. This helps us to identify the right interim manager
in terms of skills and experience.
- We then seek out the most suitable candidate from our close network of interim managers
and our extensive database. We shortlist and send details to the client of
a maximum of three people, once we have established they are currently available.
- As well as helping to select the correct person to meet the client's specific needs,
we assist during the selection process with the administration and reference taking
as required.
- We oversee the agreement of terms and the contractual process between the various
parties
- During the assignment we keep in touch with the client and the interim manager to
ensure the project is on track and to deal with any potential issues.
- At the end of the assignment we request feedback from our clients to make sure they
are satisfied with the way it has gone and the performance of the interim manager.
