Universal Hunt is the only recruitment consulting firm with its own non-commercial Job Portal www.universalhunt.com. Like our clients, we are committed to finding the ideal candidate for the required position. We conduct extensive searches using our own candidate databases and other sources. We adhere to a strict code of ethics for both clients and candidates. Together with our clients we determine search parameters, including those sources considered off-limits for a particular assignment. We keep information in the strictest confidence and do not divulge anything without proper consent.

Our Selection Process:

• Register your profile on Universal Hunt.
• Your Resume would be analysed by our dynamic search engine against the existing requirements from our clients and forwarded to respective consultant / relationship manager.
• He/she will review and if appropriate would call you to set up a meeting and understand your interest in to any specific field or client/s. It would then be forward to our client subject to your consent.
• If not appropriate it would be stored for future assignments.
