Responsibilities:
• Leading Sales Team of Five Sales engineers for Middle East and North Africa region.
• Fully responsible for the techno-commercial offer preparation, management, quality, handling requests and ensuring these arrive at the client.
• Reading and understanding the client specification and to comply and prepare deviation list.
• Allocation of the jobs & provide guidance to proposal engineers in accordance with QMS procedure for the work force.
• Organizing weekly sales meeting, delegating quotation requests and determining priorities in close cooperation with Business units within the organization.
• Providing technical support and monitoring the tasks of the proposal engineers
• Handling and processing client complaints and requests.
• Develop healthy relationship & working atmosphere within the organization, motivate workforces for best performances. Emphasize the essence of team spirit in the department.
• Follow up on activities and build relationship with the major EPC contractors of Oil & Gas Industry.
• Sales Planning, Forecasting, Analysis and Accountable for achieving Sales Target assigned by the company by keeping close cooperation with General manager
• Sales Promotional activities like In-House Seminars / Presentations on company's Product line.
• Active co-ordination with the Project, Procurement, Planning & Design Engineering teams.
• Monitoring Customer needs & Developing Strategies to satisfy the customers keeping close cooperation with commercial manager / Sales manager
• Attending Techno-Commercial meeting to address or close all the open points or concerns and negotiation.
• Providing innovative or optimal solutions to clients which helps the company in getting success.
