Project Planning, Co ordination & Management:-
To Co ordinate and Supervising project activities and handling the complete project management cycle entailing requirement gathering and final execution of projects.

To co ordinates the finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with engineering consultants/ collaborators, external suppliers, contractors & clients.

To Coordinate and Controlling the project cost within the budget and monitoring of Cash Flow – Cost Control.
Construction Management:-
Developing site organization to suit the project needs; involved in selecting construction methodology & implementation.

Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.

Deployment of suitable manpower and equipments / materials and proper planning to ensure timely execution of the projects.
