Maintaining the up to date track records of the Drawing and document status

Preparing Documents such as but not limited to Method of Statements, Risk Assessments and ITPs
Scheduling the Work as per Milestones
Managing the site teams and other subcontractors
Co-ordination with other stakeholders
Maintaining high level of Quality and safety as per international standards
Arranging Permits and Materials as per the dead line
Preparing the Inspection requests and scheduling the Inspections
Arranging and assisting the Inspections along with QC & PMC
Supporting CAD team in Redlining and Preparation of As-Built Drawings

Testing & Commissioning
Preparing Documents such as but not limited to T&C Procedures, SAT Documents
Managing Configuration and Testing
Validating the data’s against Design and Scope of Work
Scheduling the T&C Activities and Managing the T&C reports and Trackers
Assisting Site teams in Snags
Preparing FTD Documents and Training Materials
Delivering Trainings to End Users
