During my Post-doctorate research, I have screened nanobodies out of which 2 are found to be specific against rho1 and rga1 in fission yeast
At my services in Glaxo Smith Kline, I have worked as Assistant Manager Microbiologist performing monitoring of aseptic area, water analysis, sterility testing, bioassay and Microbial limit testing.

Special Achievements
During my Ph.D., I constructed double and single knock-out mutation. Also constructed expressional plasmid. I independently carried out biofilm formation, Relative qPCR, spectrophotometer, transcriptome analysis, Bioinformatics, R-studio, Python, Chimera, Autodock, Instant Clue, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, ImageJ, SPSS and Graph Pad Prism.
